Welcome to the Private Mailbox information page. We are the premier provider of U.S. Mail and package receiving. Our goal is to provide the very best experience and ease of use for the lowest price possible. Because our quality control standards are high, our mail and package receiving specialists are among the best in the business. Our goal is to always deliver a hassle free quick and painless experience and to make you feel at home. We want you, our valued customer, to be happy.

This type of account is the ultimate in convenience and cost savings.  You will have a legally recognized U.S. street address, a keyed private mailbox in a secured and monitored room specifically designed and reserved for box holders. You will have access to your mail and packages twenty four hours a day seven days a week.
For these account you MUST signup in person with two forms of ID.

MAILBOX SIZES

SMALL MAILBOXES

5"X4"X14"

Lowest price option for light amount of mail and mostly large packages.
A few magazines, CD's, DVD's, small padded envelopes and small packages will fit into this box at no additional cost.  Packages that do not fit into the mailbox up are held for up to 4 weeks and cost only $3 including an email notification and/or text message.
$10 @ 12 months totaling $120.00
$12.50  @  6  months totaling $75.00

MEDIUM MAILBOXES

6"X5"X15"

Great value, large amount of mail with mostly small packages and magazines.
Several magazines, CD's, DVD's, medium sized padded envelopes, clothing bags and small boxes will fit into this box at no additional charge. Packages that do not fit into the mailbox are held up to 4 weeks and cost only $2.50 including an email notification and/or text notification.

$15 @ 6 months totaling $90.00

MAILBOXES ARE ACCESIBLE 24/7 THROUGH PRIVATE ENTRANCE.
After hour pick-up lockers available upon request.
(Two free after hour lockers are included per month with these accounts.)

Private Mailbox Package Pricing:

Parcels that fit into the mailbox are included for no additional cost

                                         $3 – up to 30lbs                    $4 – 31 to 50lbs

                                         $5 – 51 to 70lbs                    $6 – 71 to 90lbs 

                                         $7 – 91 to 110lbs                $8 – 110 to 130lbs  

                                                               $9 – 131 to 149lbs

  • over 16"x16"x16" $1 additional handling fee, over 4' in length $2.50 additional handling fee

  • Single standard tire $4, 2 piece bundled/strapped $6.50

  • 4 weeks of storage are included for these sized packages

    • After 4 weeks, packages are subject to 1 storage fee per additional week of holding time 

      • ​50% of original fee per parcel for each additional week
         

Packages left for over 3 months with no correspondence will become property of The Mailbox and will be liquidated accordingly.

1 week of storage included for the following:

  • $15 - small freight shipment, no forklift needed, up to 175lbs

  • $25 – small freight shipment, forklift needed, up to 200lbs

    • non standard (ie carpets/tubes) $5 handling fee

  • $50 – standard 48x40 pallet/crate up to 2300lbs, 1 week storage

    • $10 off if picked up same or next business day

    • 50% of original fee per additional week of holding time

      • $5 disposal fee for leaving pallet itself behind or excess packaging

      • $10-20 fee for non-standard pallet, extra-wide or long
