PAY AS YOU GO ACCOUNTS

Pay As You Go Package Receiving Account Overview

This is a very popular option with NO set up fees nor Annual fee.  This membership account includes your own private inventory page to keep track of your packages that are awaiting pick up and also aids in being prepared with the receipts needed to cross the border back into Canada.  You receive an email or text notification within moments of us entering your incoming package into our state of the art inventory control system.

Fee Breakdown:

  • $4.00 Small padded envelopes, small clothing bags, books, and envelopes under 1 pounds

  • $5.00 small boxes, soft clothing bags and tubes weighing 2 - 5lbs

  • $6.00 items weighing up to 30 pounds and up to 16"x16"x16"

  • $7.00 – 31 to 55lbs

  • $8.00 – 56 to 75lbs

  • $9.00 – 76 to 95lbs

  • $10.00 – 96 to 115lbs

  • $11.00 – 116 to 130lbs

  • $12.00 – 131 to 149lbs

    • Packages over 30lbs and over 16"x16"x16" may be subject to a $2.50 additional handling fee 

  • Single standard tire $6.00, 2 piece bundled/strapped $8.50​​
    2 weeks of storage are included for these sized packages

    • After 2 weeks, packages are subject to 1 storage fee per additional week of holding time. 

      • ​50% of original fee per parcel for each additional week
         

Packages left for over 3 months with no correspondence will become property of The Mailbox and will be liquidated accordingly.

1 week of storage included for the following:

  • $15 - small freight shipment, no forklift needed, up to 175lbs

  • $25 – small freight shipment, forklift needed, up to 200lbs

    • non standard (ie carpets/tubes) $5 handling fee

  • $50 – standard 48x40 pallet/crate up to 2300lbs, 1 week storage

    • $10 off if picked up same or next business day

    • 50% of original fee per additional week of holding time

      • $5 disposal fee for leaving pallet itself behind or excess packaging

      • $10-20 fee for non-standard pallet, extra-wide or long
