Frequently Asked Questions

SOMEONE SENT ME A LETTER WITHOUT TRACKING, CAN I RECEIVE THAT HERE?

The only accounts that can receive letter mail without tracking are our Private Mailboxes. Please ask for your letters or documents to be sent with tracking! Often times it will only cost the shipper an extra 50¢.
Be wary of decals, shippers will often stick these in a letter envelope without tracking.

I CAN'T COME DOWN TO GET MY ITEMS, CAN YOU FORWARD MY PARCELS TO CANADA TO ME?

We are able to ship items internationally, but please be aware will require invoices from you for all items, and you will be charged any applicable duty, brokerage, or taxes directly by the courier, on top of the cost to ship.
(If you need someone else to pick up for you, please authorize them in advance!)

DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?

We like to give back where we can. Refer a friend, once they receive their first item, you will get your next parcel* or night locker on us!

I CAN'T MAKE IT DURING BUSINESS HOURS TO GET MY PARCELS, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

As of August 2021 we have expanded our fleet of after-hour pickup lockers, starting as low as $1.50 to utilize

GOOGLE DOESN'T ALWAYS GET YOUR HOLIDAY HOURS CORRECT, HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU ARE OPEN OR NOT?

There are a few ways to know if we have upcoming closures or modified hours.

1. Check out Upcoming Events page for a listing of the full years schedule 

2. If you get parcel notifications from us, upcoming changes will be listed 4 weeks in advance
